Will it email customers automatically?
No. Nothing sends until someone on your team reviews it and clicks Send.
What about customers who bought before we started?
Completed deals are added automatically, and you can attach any sold vehicle to its buyer in a couple of clicks. The Customers page also lists recent sales that don’t have a buyer attached yet.
Can customers unsubscribe?
Yes. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribed customers can’t be emailed again.
